What do I need to do to switch natural gas supplier?

Switching to firmus energy is easy. Simply complete the switching form online or call our switch team on 0330 024 9000.

Make sure you have the following to hand:

  • Your SMP number. This can usually be found at the top right-hand corner of your natural gas bill. If you don’t have a copy of your bill, simply email furtherinfo@firmusenergy.co.uk or call our Switch Team on
    0330 024 9000 and they will help you.
  • Your bank details including sort code and account number – if you wish to pay by direct debit. These can be found on your bank statement or cheque book.
  • If your bank account requires two signatures, or you are not the bank account holder email furtherinfo@firmusenergy.co.ukcall us on 0330 024 9000.
