How do you calculate my monthly Direct Debit?

Monthly Direct Debit payment amounts will be calculated based on your average annual usage of natural gas.

  • You can choose the date your Direct Debit is collected every month to suit your cash flow. This can be any date between 1st and 28th of each month.
  • Your average annual usage will be provided to us by Phoenix Natural Gas at the time of switching.
  • We will write to you three days after your switch date to confirm the amount and date the 1st direct debit will be taken out of your bank account.
  • We try our best to ensure your monthly direct debit amount is as accurate as possible. We strongly advise that you check your online bill regularly and inform us if the amount does not reflect your usage.
