New High Efficiency Boiler and Controls
New ‘A’ rated natural gas boilers are over 90% efficient, compared to around 70% for an old oil boiler over 15 years old*. When you upgrade to natural gas you get new modern controls so you can adjust the room temperature to your own personal comfort level. (source SEAI)

Up to £1000 Boiler Replacement Grant Plus… £150 Cashback
The Boiler Replacement Grant gives you up to £1,000 towards the cost of a new SEDBUK ‘A’ rated natural gas boiler. On top of that, if you sign up before the closing date of 31st March 2017 you’ll get an extra £150 guaranteed off your conversion costs.

Terms & Conditions
1. If you are an Owner Occupier and sign a Gas Application Form before the 31st March 2017 you can claim an additional £150 firmus energy contribution where £150 can be taken off the cost of your conversion to natural gas regardless of your fuel type or the age of your boiler.
2. The Government Boiler Replacement Grant goes towards the cost of converting your old oil boiler to a new high efficiency SEDBUK ‘A’ rated natural gas boiler. The amount you receive depends on your total household income and the age of your boiler. To receive a grant you must be a homeowner with a 15 year old oil boiler or older, live within 30 metres of the firmus energy natural gas network, and have a total household income of less than £40,000. Grant is part funded by the NI Executive and administered by the Housing Executive.

On top of that, if you sign up before the closing date of 31st March 2017, you can upgrade your property to all the benefits of natural gas and spread the costs over 3 years with 0% APR Representative with no deposit (up to £2200*).

2. 0% APR Representative on the cost of installation is available regardless of age of boiler or fuel type.
3. 0% APR Representative on the cost of installation is available on boiler installations up to the value of £2200 with no deposit required. Any additional cost above £2200 must be paid by the customer. Representative example: Total credit £2200 (0% fixed), 36 monthly payments of £61.11. Total amount payable £2200. Other options may be available.
