Local Women Competition Terms & Conditions 

By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

The prize is as follows: One nights stay Bed and Breakfast for two people sharing, as well as an evening meal. Plus two tickets to the Millennium Forum Lord of the Dance on Tuesday 5th November, 2024. 

Eligibility: This Promotion is open to Northern Ireland residents aged 18 years and over. 

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its client, the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. 

There is no entry fee to enter this competition. 

Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Local Women September Edition 2024. 

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 

The closing date for entry will be 20th October, 2024. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

firmus energy is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.  

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within 1 day of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.- will this give us enough time to pick second winner if not change as applicable.  

firmus energy will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. 

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

firmus energy‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into. 

firmus energy shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. 

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
