firmus energy competition terms and conditions: Win Your Natural Gas Install

1. Competition is open from 21st March 2023 to 30th June, 2023. The closing date for receipt of entries is 12pm on 30th June, 2023.
2. The winner will be notified via telephone and email. The name of the winner will also be made available on the firmus energy website from Monday 4th September 2023 and is available upon request.
3. The prize consists of a free natural gas conversion up to the value of £3,000 where firmus energy reimburse the customer for their natural gas install up to the value of £3,000.
4. Competition non winners may be eligible to avail of the following; £200 cashback offer, Home Movers cashback, Landlords’ £300 cashback offer or Boiler Replacement Scheme.
5. The winner must be connected and burning gas with firmus energy natural gas 1st September 2023.  
6. The prize is for customers who chose to convert their homes to natural gas only and the prize can only be claimed by the person who paid for the install. 
7. The competition is open to all Northern Ireland residents aged 18 years or over on the closing date.
8. Prize Draw excludes employees and their immediate families of firmus energy, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
9. The maximum prize value is limited to the value of your natural gas upgrade. For example, if your purchase is £3,000, the maximum you can win is £3,000. If your purchase is greater £3,000 than the maximum prize value you can win is £3,000. Multiple entries are allowed but every entry must be supported by a separate natural gas connection and property.
10. By entering, the winners agree to take part in any promotional activity and gives firmus energy and its assignees and licensees the unrestricted right to use the whole or part of your contributions in all media (now known or invented in the future) throughout the world without limit of time. firmus energy hope to use your contribution, but we cannot guarantee to do so, and firmus energy is under no obligation to make or transmit any media. A release form will be provided to the winner and any other contributors (detailing the above) to sign confirming their consent.
11. Incorrect contact information will automatically disqualify the entrant.
12. firmus energy cannot take any responsibility for lost entries or any damage, losses or injuries related to the competition or prize.
13. The decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
14. firmus energy reserves the right to terminate this competition or vary, alter any of these terms and conditions at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
15.  Your personal details will be retained by firmus energy and not passed on to any third parties.
