When connecting to the firmus energy network you must have a natural gas supplier appointed to supply you with natural gas from the date of connection.[1
If you are already connected to the network you can choose your gas supplier from those operating in the firmus energy network area[2].

For all queries relating to your gas meter or your account please contact your natural gas supplier.

[1] When connecting a domestic property to the Network or I&C (with an AQ less than 732,000 kWh) property, where a chosen supplier has not been selected prior to connection, firmus supply will be registered as your gas supplier from the date that the property is first connected. They will remain registered as your gas supplier for a minimum period of 15 business days, after which another gas supplier operating in the firmus network area may proceed to supply you with gas.  Please note that firmus supply is currently the only gas supplier with the necessary Regulatory and Network Operator approval to operate in the Domestic market within the firmus network area.

[2] All requests to switch gas supplier must be submitted via your chosen gas supplier.
