The information provided by you to firmus energy networks (a trading name of firmus energy (Distribution) Limited is required by us to process the below offers and competitions. 1. To be eligible for the £600 Oil Boiler Scrappage Scheme ( Inclusive of VAT), you must be an Owner Occupier/Landlord of an occupied property (the “Customer”) have an old oil boiler or solid fuel, with limited to no heating controls and have fully complied with these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Customer must register interest in switching to natural gas from firmus energy networks between 7th May - 31st May 2025. firmus energy networks must confirm that the property referenced is readily connectible to the firmus energy networks gas network. The decision of firmus energy networks shall be final.

3.  The Cash Back Offer will be processed by firmus energy networks once a Gas Safe Registered Installer’s invoice is submitted to firmus energy networks, as agreed with the Customer. Boiler make, model & serial number must be on each claim, and be clearly marked ‘Oil Boiler Scrappage Scheme.’

4. The Customers must be burning natural gas before 30th August 2025 to claim the £600 The Oil Boiler Scrappage Scheme, and claims must be made no later than 31st September 2025.

5. If works commence without appropriate permissions, firmus energy networks hold the right to withdraw any contributions in relation to the Cash Back offer.

6. The Oil Boiler Scrappage Scheme does not apply to existing customers, new build properties, NIHE tenants or Housing Association tenants.

7. The Oil Boiler Scrappage Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any finance offer.

8. A minimum spend of £1000 by the Customer is required to receive the Oil Boiler Scrappage Scheme.

9. The maximum liability of firmus energy networks in relation to Oil Boiler Scrappage Scheme is £600 in aggregate.

10. The grant may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

11. The grant cannot be used in conjunction with other firmus energy networks offers or any other independent schemes.

12. Each Customer must ensure that the full conversion is completed by a Gas Safe Registered Installer and be fully operational in the property referenced on the GAF (Registered Property) and claim made within 63 days of the meter being fitted. Otherwise, the authorisation number shall be void and the Customer shall not be entitled to receive £600 cashback from firmus energy networks.
