*£100 Welcome Bonus is payable on the completion of your switch to firmus energy. The switch process can take 4-6 weeks to complete and as part of the process we may share information we have about you with relevant industry organisations based on agreed industry process to include details of any outstanding debt on your account. For customers with a credit meter, the £100 Welcome Bonus will be added as a credit to your natural gas account towards your first bill. For customers with a Pay-As-You-Go meter, the £100 Welcome Bonus will be produced once you have successfully collected your Change of Supplier message. The Welcome Bonus will be issued via PayPoint voucher which can be redeemed at any PayPoint outlet as a top up onto your gas card. There will be no cash alternative for the £100 Welcome Bonus regardless of the meter type and no bonus can be claimed if the switch to firmus does not complete.
