The information provided by you to firmus energy networks is required by us to process the below offers and competitions. 1. To be eligible for the Home Movers Cash Back Offer, you must be an Owner Occupier/Landlord (the "Customer") and have fully complied with these Terms and Conditions. 

2. The Customer must register their interest and sign Gas Application Form before 31st May 2025 and meter to be installed by 31st July 2025. firmus energy must confirm that the property referenced is readily connectible to the firmus energy gas network. The decision of firmus energy shall be final. 

3. The Home Movers Cash Back Offer will be processed by firmus energy networks once a Gas Safe Registered Installer's invoice is submitted to firmus energy networks, as agreed with the Customer. 

4. The Customer must have an active natural gas connection from firmus energy networks before claiming the Cash Back offer. 

5. If works commence without appropriate permissions, firmus energy hold the right to withdraw any contributions in relation to the Home Movers Cash Back offer. 

6. The Home Mover Cash Back Offer does not apply to existing customers, new build properties, NIHE tenants or Housing Association tenants. 

7. The Home Mover Cash Back Offer cannot be used in conjunction with the 0% Finance. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other firmus energy offers or any other independent schemes. 

8. The maximum liability of firmus energy in relation to the Home Mover Cash Back Offer is £300 in aggregate. 

9. The Home Mover Cash Back Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

10. Each Customer must ensure that the full conversion is completed by a Gas Safe Registered Installer and be fully operational in the property referenced on the GAF (Registered Property) and claim made within 63 days of the meter being fitted. Otherwise, the authorisation number shall be void and the Customer shall not be entitled to receive £300 cashback from firmus energy networks.

By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

The prize is as follows: One nights stay Bed and Breakfast for two people sharing, as well as an evening meal. Plus two tickets to the Millennium Forum Lord of the Dance on Tuesday 5th November, 2024. 

Eligibility: This Promotion is open to Northern Ireland residents aged 18 years and over. 

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its client, the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. 

There is no entry fee to enter this competition. 

Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Local Women September Edition 2024. 

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 

The closing date for entry will be 20th October, 2024. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

1. To be eligible for the £500 Carbon reduction grant ( Inclusive of VAT), you must be an Owner Occupier/Landlord of an occupied property (the “Customer”) have an old oil boiler or solid fuel, with limited to no heating controls and have fully complied with these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Customer must register interest in switching to natural gas from firmus energy before 22nd December 2024. firmus energy must confirm that the property referenced is readily connectible to the firmus energy gas network. The decision of firmus energy shall be final.

3.  The Cash Back Offer will be processed by firmus energy once a Gas Safe Registered Installer’s invoice is submitted to firmus energy, as agreed with the Customer. Boiler make, model & serial number must be on each claim, and be clearly marked ‘CRG’ or ‘Carbon Reduction Grant’.

4. The Customers must be burning natural gas before 28th February 2025 to claim the £500 carbon reduction grant, and claims must be made no later than 31st March 2025..

5. If works commence without appropriate permissions, firmus energy hold the right to withdraw any contributions in relation to the Cash Back offer.

6. The Carbon reduction grant does not apply to existing customers, new build properties, NIHE tenants or Housing Association tenants.

7. The Carbon Reduction Grant cannot be used in conjunction with finance offers.

8. A minimum spend of £1000 by the Customer is required to receive the Carbon reduction grant.

9. The maximum liability of firmus energy in relation to the Carbon reduction grant is £500 in aggregate.

10. The grant may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

11. The grant cannot be used in conjunction with other firmus energy offers or any other independent schemes.

12. Each Customer must ensure that the full conversion is completed by a Gas Safe Registered Installer and be fully operational in the property referenced on the GAF (Registered Property) and claim made within 63 days of the meter being fitted. Otherwise, the authorisation number shall be void and the Customer shall not be entitled to receive £500 cashback from firmus energy.
