Renowned for its 'criminally good food', customers of 'The Frying Squad' in Bangor, Larne, Carrickfergus and Finaghy will welcome a direct benefit of the company's recent switch to firmus energy - more chips in their suppers!
The Frying Squad signed up to firmus energy to avail of its competitive business tariff - offering savings of up to 7.5% against Phoenix's prices*. The popular eatery can now pass on these energy cost savings to customers in the form of more generous portions.
firmus entered the tariff market in the Greater Belfast area just a few months ago and the Frying Squad is one of hundreds of businesses who have signed up to the natural gas provider to enjoy considerable cost savings and customer service benefits.
Michael Neill, Managing Director, The Frying Squad said, "We are very pleased to have made the switch to firmus energy. Like The Frying Squad, firmus is focused on excellent customer service and we look forward to continuing and developing our relationship with them. Every time we save money, it goes straight back into the pockets - and mouths - of our customers, and with firmus' competitive pricing, this is sure to be a significant amount.
"Additionally, firmus' promise of clear and transparent billing was also an attractive incentive to switch. Having had problems in the past with previous suppliers, it's refreshing to know that my monthly bills will be one less thing to worry about, meaning I can concentrate on the most important part of the business - our customers."
Andrew Sands, I&C sales officer, firmus energy commented: "Having been steadily establishing ourselves as a provider of gas to businesses in towns across Northern Ireland, we are delighted to sign up the award winning fish and chip franchise. Within the current climate, the main objective for any business is keeping overheads to a minimum while not compromising on quality of service and products to its customers. The Frying Squad has recognised that firmus' competitive prices will help them deliver on this objective and in the long run, the benefits to customers will speak for themselves."
