reading your meter
Customers estimated to be using 293, 000kWh a year will have their meter read monthly. Customers estimated to be using less than this a year will have their meter read once each quarter.
If we cannot access your meter to read it, we will leave a self-read meter card at your property to let you know that we have tried to read your meter. You should then read your own meter and contact us with the accurate reading. You can contact us with your meter reading by:
- phoning the Billing Team on 08456 05 00 88
- emailing the meter reading to furtherinfo@firmusenergy.co.uk
- logging into the web self service
If we don't receive your self read details within 3 working days from the date we tried to access your meter, you will receive an estimated bill.
When reading your meter, ignore any numbers after the comma or any numbers in the red box.
