installation
An efficient gas-fired boiler provides central heating and hot water that you'll learn to take for granted and as natural gas is piped directly to your home, you'll never have to order or store fuel again. Just imagine. never having to dip the oil tank or go outside for coal on a cold winter's evening AND having that additional space in the garden for you to enjoy!
The cost of changing your system from another fuel such as oil to gas would depend on which fuel you use now and the amount of work involved. It would probably mean a new boiler and we would advise the fitting of a high efficiency condensing boiler designed to save you fuel and money in the longer term. The installation could also include upgrading your existing control systems such as room thermostat's and radiator thermostats, all of which are added to improve your systems efficiency and save you money.
Today's gas-fired boilers are quiet-running and compact, usually fitting inside a kitchen cupboard. Simply set the automatic time controls and you can wake up in the morning or come home in the evening to complete warmth and lashings of hot water. The better the level of control, then the less fuel you will use to achieve the comfort and convenience you require. Your existing radiators together with any existing controls you may have can remain part of the new natural gas system. However, if you do not have controls, or wish to improve the system, discuss this with your installer as such work obviously costs less at the time of the changeover. These controls are simple to operate and, when used properly, put you in complete command of running costs - they'll give you a heating system that's more efficient, more economical and much more convenient. If you proceed with the installation you should inform
