Customers using over 732,000 kWh per year will be billed monthly - customers using less than this amount will receive a quarterly bill. firmus energy will read your gas meter monthly or quarterly (depending on your estimated consumption) and you will receive a bill a few days later.
Industrial and commercial customers can pay for their gas in one of two ways: 1) Direct Debit   2) Bacs

1) direct debit

Payment will be collected by variable direct debit 28 days after the bill date. To request a direct debit mandate form, please call the Billing Team on 08456 05 00 88 or download a copy of the mandate form from this website.

To enable you to set up a BACS payment system, please call the Billing Team on 08456 05 00 88 and we can confirm our bank details for you to use.
